Problk health was founded as part of the owners passion as a couple to support and give back to the black community. Dr. Karleena tuggle-mcdaniel (howard university college of medicine graduate) being a doctor, knows first-hand the significant health disparities within the black community. Darian mcdaniel (morehouse graduate) being a veteran c-level marketing executive understands the importance of targeted strategies to grow and cultivate health-conscious messaging in our community. They took these skill sets and started a movement promoting health and healing in the black community. Their primary focus is promoting the healthy condition of our bodies, minds, spirits, and relationships.

The definition of health is “the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit.” ProBlk Health is deeply committed to the health of individuals and the overall well-being of the Black community. Their mission is to purposefully contribute 50% of net profits to non-profit organizations and initiatives that focus on supporting and improving various aspects of health and healing within the Black community.
While general donations to organizations can be helpful, they often do not result in clearly measurable outcomes. ProBlk Health prioritizes partnerships with groups that have well-defined missions, ensuring that contributions are directed toward specific, carefully planned goals. This approach allows them to effectively assess progress, measure impact, and evaluate the positive effects on the community. It also enables them to keep customers informed about exactly how each purchase directly supports the cause of Black health.
